As family physicians, we hope to address your current medical problem(s) as well as detect or prevent other health problems. We like to look at our visits as not only an opportunity to deal with any medical concerns you may have, but also a time to get acquainted with you. Your physician will develop a comprehensive plan for health maintenance, a plan which will grow and change throughout your life.
We feel it is important to address the immediate health care needs of our patients. While you will have one primary care physician, you may be seen by other providers in the practice when necessary. This will ensure timely treatment for urgent medical problems.
Office Hours
Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. by appointment
Closed for lunch: 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Medication Refills
Bowling Green Family Physicians will, at the discretion of the physician, provide refills of chronic medications for established patients when requested. We may require an office visit prior to refilling medications in order to be sure that chronic problems are being addressed appropriately. Forms
We are happy to fill out forms such as school physical forms, daycare forms, and family medical leave paperwork. There will be a $10 charge for forms that are completed outside of an office visit.
