Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment plans are possible for those with demonstrated financial hardship. Otherwise, payment is required at the time services are rendered. If self pay and pay in full at time of service a discount will be applied.
A member of our staff will review our payment options with you to find an option that best accommodates your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please speak with our office manager prior to receiving service.
Additionally, Wood Health Company will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
